My favorite place for lunch with a friend in Carson City. Clean, bright, cheery. The food is great and the servers are mostly the same friendly faces every time. There is a nice patio out back when the weather is fine. Their coffee bar is excellent. They have a VERY DANGEROUS selection of baked goodies and beautiful cakes front and center by the cashier. And they have a neat little artsy shop by the coffee counter. The whole thing is very well done and consistently excellent. Not surprisingly, it can be busy at lunch, but I have never had to wait for a table. At busy times, I have had to park around the block, which is unusual for Carson, but EASY PEASY if you come from a bigger city.
My go to is half a tasty tuna sandwich with salad. Super delicious and I can choose the gluten-free bread option which is so tasty. Atmosphere is great and bustling especially during lunch hour yet staff is always very friendly and wait time is short. If you have a sweet tooth the pastry and cake selection is extensive with sugar- and gluten free options to choose from. During warmer weather you can sit in the sweet and sheltered courtyard. Whenever I am in Carson City I plan for a stop!
Ordered the salmon melt and iced americano. The food was so tasty and the coffee excellent! The service was also excellent. The ladies who helped me with the order were so helpful and suggested substitutions to the dairy on the meal. They were very kind and patient. I really like that they did not rush me. The place is very nice and spacious. I like the gift shop they have. I definitely will be back .
Love this place! I have had the salmon melt (twice now) and OMG...🤤 But everything on the menu sounds amazing. I want try more items off the menu but it's hard for me to not want to get the salmon melt again. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and it looked and smelled fantastic. She loved it and couldn't finish it so she took the rest home to eat later. My two sons shared a stack of pancakes and berries and the pancake was good! My friend ordered the gyro wrap and loved it. My grandpa had an omelette, and though it was fairly on the smaller side, he said it was very good. I have also had the golden latte (hot), and a matcha latte (iced), and both were amazing. I want to try the toasted marshmallow one next time. I have yet to try sweet treats from the bakery, but I can't wait to try several of them. I don't have photos, but next time I'll try to get some in and add them to this post. The people there are friendly, even when busy. The environment it so cute and open and sunny. Good energy for sure! I can't wait to utilize the outdoor seating once the weather is a bit more warm ☀️ We will be back (again) soon 😉
Visiting from NC, Absolutely wonderful bakery with casual welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was great and informative. The bread was delicious and we took home several treats to share with the rest of the family. Definitely will visit again and miss while I’m back east!
The carrot cake cinnamon roll was one of the best bites I’ve ever taken out of anything in my life. I’m from the east coast and travel a lot, and I’m always on the hunt for good pastries in my travels. I’m also not one to leave reviews. 10/10 go get a cinnamon roll.

Stopped by for lunch and had the burger. I have been going here for years and definitely the best breakfast in Carson. The lunch is good too. Parking can get chaotic, but I got lucky since I was there midweek.
